Back Rehab 101: Scott’s Story of Recovery

 

Diego and I recently had an article published on the Starting Strength website about one of our clients who rehab his back injury with Starting Strength.  Scott is the poster child for consistency, perseverance and determination. We could not ask for a more confident and coachable client than Scott. 😉
