Craig Brooks: Older and Stronger

Fivex3 Coach, Craig Brooks, attended the Starting Strength Seminar in May 2016. At that time, he squatted 255lbs for five reps, pressed 135lbs (failed the fifth rep), deadlifted 275lbs, and benched 205lbs.  Two weeks ago, he squatted 500lbs for a single. At age 49.

You can get stronger as you get older. Here is Craig’s story: https://startingstrength.com/training/older-and-stronger
