Rules Briefing 8:45 AM.

Lifting starts at 9:00 AM.

Divisions: There is only one division for this meet, the Open division for Men and Women. All lifts will be unequipped (raw only meet).

Entry Information:

  • Entries must be received by November 8, 2015. Meet is limited to 25 people.

  • The entry fee is $25 for Bench or Deadlift Only. Please add $10 to enter Push/Pull (Bench AND Deadlift.)

  • Mail signed entry and payment to Emily Socolinsky 609 South Kenwood Ave. Baltimore, MD 21224. You can download a copy of the entry form and waiver here: Push/Pull Entry Form.

  • Make checks payable to Fivex3 Training. All profit to benefit Gilchrist Hospice of Towson. The registration fee is non-refundable.

  • All registrants receive a Fivex3 Training t-shirt.

Lifter Limit: We are only accepting the first 25 lifters. There will be no waiting list.

USAPL Membership: A USAPL Membership is NOT Required. Although we are not holding an official USAPL meet, we will be following USAPL guidelines.

Location: Fivex3 Training 1400 Aliceanna Street Baltimore, MD 21231

Waiver: You will need to sign a Release from Liability waiver when you check in and receive your t-shirt.

Spectators: Tickets for spectators are $5.00 each. All proceeds will be donated to Gilchrist Hospice Care of Towson, a non-profit hospice. If you would like to make a larger donation the day of the contest to Gilchrist, we will have a donation box for anyone who wishes to donate. Please make all checks payable to Gilchrist Hospice Care.

All meet entries are final. No refunds or transfers for any reason.

Preliminary Schedule:

7:30 AM – Check in all lifters, men and women. Get rack heights for all bench lifters.

7:30-8:30AM – Weigh in’s

8:45AM – Rules Briefing

9:00 AM – Lifting starts

D = 231 & Over

Deadlift

A = All females + Men 130 & under

B = 145 through 183

C = 205
