Strength Training Workshop for Ladies Only – Sunday, March 24, 2013

Want to earn your pizza??

Hey ladies!!!

Do  you want to be stronger? Do you want to build a firmer body? Do you want to earn your pizza? 😉

Have we got a program for you!!!

On Sunday, March 24, Fivex3 Training will host a FREE Strength training workshop for ladies only. The workshop will run from 10am – 12pm.  At this workshop, you will learn why strength training is important for women. We will focus our time on the basic barbell lifts: squat, press and deadlift. These lifts are the key to building strength, looking defined, torching bodyfat and looking awesome!

This is a great opportunity for you to learn about these lifts without the intimidation factor that may go along with learning how to execute the movement. The focus will be on learning technique and getting comfortable with using weight.

Please wear comfortable workout clothing and make sure to bring or wear a cotton t-shirt. You will feel more comfortable with a bar on your back if you are wearing a t-shirt as opposed to a tank top. Sneakers are fine, but if you own a pair of flat workout shoes – ie. Chuck taylors, five fingers or other minimal footwear, please wear or bring those with you.  If you have lifting shoes, please bring those.

Download this flier to share with anyone you think may be interested in attending!!!
