Join Fivex3 Training for a day of squatting, pressing, benching, AND deadlifting.
We’ll kick off the day with a short lecture on the what, why, and how of strength training, with a focus on the squat and press. Afterward, you’ll break into small groups to practice these lifts with hands-on coaching.
Following a lunch break, we’ll regroup for a second lecture covering the bench press and deadlift, then move right into the practical portion of those lifts. We’ll close the day with a Q&A session on programming, nutrition, and more.
Who should attend: Coaches, lifters, recreational athletes, and anyone interested in building strength.

What to bring: Weightlifting shoes (if you have them) and a lifting belt if you use one.

Who are we?
We are the owners of Fivex3 Training in Baltimore, MD. We offer group training barbell sessions to people of all ages.
Before opening Fivex3 Training, Emily was active as a professional dancer and teacher for over 20 years. During that time, she focused on strength training and a variety of cross-training methods that helped her grow and develop as a dancer and athlete.
Diego has been training in a variety of disciplines for the last 25 years. His athletic background includes martial arts, rock and ice climbing, mountaineering, running and cross-country cycling.
