Charm City Stronger Together is a Strong Partners Contest displaying the strength of two athletes working together to move as much weight as possible! Rather than competing individually, Charm City Stronger Together will require competitors to form a team of 2 and complete 4 Strongman events.
Once you have completed the registration form, please pay the registration fee.

Team Deadlift: Frame and Barbell – AMRAP for 75 seconds
Each competitor will start on either the frame or the barbell for the first 30 seconds of the event. Competitors will do as many reps as they can on the implement. At the 30 second mark, the competitors will then SWITCH implements and finish the rest of the time on the new implement.
Each team will be presented with 4 heavy odd objects, which must be carried 50ft. Each member will have two objects. The first team member will carry the first weight 50 feet to their teammate. The second team member will then pick up an object and carry it 50 feet. The first teammate will then pick up the next object and carry it 50 feet. Once they reach the other side, the second teammate will carry the final object 50 feet. Objects must be placed upright and fully over the finish line. Time stops when all hands are off the final implement, and time is capped at 60 seconds. The teammate may only start to pick up and carry their implement once the other teammate has completed their pick and carry 50 feet.
Equipment Allowed: chalk (liquid or powder), belt, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps. NOT Allowed: straps, suits, briefs, anything sticky.

A strongman hold for time is a test of static strength and grip endurance, where the athletes lift a heavy object for as long as possible before it touches the ground or they drop it. Athletes will stand back to back as they hold the object in front of them for time. Time stops when the first athlete loses the hold. We will be using Indian Clubs for this event.
