Are YOU a Strong Kid??
It’s BAAAAAACK!! And we are so excited!!! After a 3 year hiatus, our StrongKids Contest is back and we are ready to rock!!
When? Sunday, June 11, 2023 (The same day as the Charm City Strongwoman Contest!)
Time? 12:30pm or so (We will run the contest after the women have completed the final event and we are tallying the results.)
We will rotate through the groups for all three events. Prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of each age group. Only 20 slots available!!

5 – 6 years old
7 – 9 years old
10-12 years old

Weights are subject to change.
A. Sled drag: Competitors will drag a sled down 50 feet. 45 seconds time limit.
First group: 5-6 years old
125lbs
Second group: 7-9 years old
150lbs
Third group: 10-12 years old
175lbs
B. Carry Medley: Competitors will carry a bumper plate down 50 feet, put it down and pick up two kettlebells and carry the two kettlebells back 50 feet. 45 seconds time limit.
First group: 10-12 years old
20kg bumper plate, two 12kg kettlebells (25lbs each)
Second group: 7-9 years old
15kg bumper plate, two 8kg kettlebells (18lbs each)
Third group: 5-6 years old
15lb bumper plate, two 12lb dumbbells
C. Sandbag/Ball over Bar: Competitors will pick up and put a sandbag or heavy ball over the bar for a many times a possible in 45 seconds. Bar height will be 44” for 10-12 year olds and 48” for the other groups.
First group: 7-9 years old

Hi I just registered my kids and am not sure if the tshirt sizes I chose are correct. Are they youth sizes? If so my son is 7 and wears a youth medium and my daughter is 11 and wears a youth xl or womens small. If they are adult sizes listed I would like adult smalls for both. Thanks so much, they are really looking forward to it!
Shirts are children sizes so you should be fine!
