You’ll get a better idea of what we do and learn more about our Basic Training Program. That’s it. No long, drawn out assessments. No boring speeches. This is about YOU. After your consultation, drop in and take a FREE class. Then you get to decide if this is the right program for you.
In this class, we will address mobility and flexibility issues. We will focus on technique, strength and performance. And we will help you establish a solid foundation of strength that will ensure your success every step of the way. 😉 We warm up with a group warm up then move into core, power and glute work. After this portion of the class, we move into our strength training circuit, then conditioning and wrap up with a quick cool down.
We cover A LOT of skills in Basic Training. From the warm up all the way through our strength portion to the conditioning work, we will teach you how to move your body better so you can get stronger faster and safely.
If you are not sure if you can commit to joining, feel free to drop in to any class. First class is free.

Free Consultation for Barbell Training
Maybe you’ve never touched a barbell in your life. Maybe you read Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training and learned the lifts on your own. Or maybe you are an experienced powerlifter. Regardless of how you found us, if your goal is to get really strong, barbell training is what you are looking for. Get started right now by scheduling a free consultation with us so we can discuss your goals and talk more about our program. And don’t worry. If you’ve never done these before, no problem! We love teaching beginners!
On Boarding Personal Coaching Sessions:
Barbell training at Fivex3 is based on the Starting Strength model. Our Open Gym sessions are managed by a certified Strength Coach who works with each lifter based on their individualized program. In order to join the Open Gym sessions, you must have a minimum level of competency in the basic lifts as performed in the Starting Strength model: squat, press, deadlift, bench press and power clean. Our introductory sequence of personal coaching sessions is designed to get you ready to join the Open Gym sessions and fit right in. Through four initial sessions, you will work one-on-one with a dedicated professional barbell coach or Fivex3 Intern to learn the lifts and improve your form. Your introductory sessions will take place during group training times so you can observe other lifters and learn by watching as much as by doing.
You and your coach decide on the day/time for your sessions. Morning or evening, whatever works for you. Contact us for more information about our on boarding session fee.
Once you’ve completed your introductory personal coaching sessions, you will be ready to join the Open Gym sessions confident in your ability to fit right in. A coach will continue working with you based on your individual needs so you can make progress and get stronger. You will train with a group of hard-working like-minded individuals who will support you and push you to accomplish your goals.

Cancelling a Coaching Session
If you need to cancel a personal coaching session, please give us 24 hours notice. If you do not give us 24 hours notice, you will forfeit that session. Our coaches are paid for their time and it is unprofessional to cancel the day of your session. Please make sure to give us enough notice ahead of time so you do not lose your session.
Cancellation of Membership
If you need to cancel your membership, please give us at 2 weeks written notice. You should email your cancellation request to email@example.com.
Suspend Membership for One Month
Effective May 1, 2022, if you wish to suspend your membership, you may do so for up to three months during your membership. There is a $25 charge to suspend your membership.
Family membership requires that all members reside at the same home address.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to drop in for training. Drop in fee is $25 for barbell training and $25 for the Basic Training/Boot Camp Class.
